"I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)"

"They were timely and professional. The problem was identified and resolved. However, I thought the cost was a little high. My issue was milky or cloudy hot water coming out of faucets that cleared up in one to five minutes from bottom to top and a pin hold leak in a 3/4in water line."

"I believe they came out basically next-day to check out the cause for this weird smell. The cause ended up being unrelated to the heating/air system, but we asked them to check out the units since they were there and our upstairs unit is fairly old. They did a thorough eval and we signed up for the maintenance plan so we'll get the units checked out twice a year. No repairs were needed, but they did mention one small part on the upstairs unit that would probably need replacing in the next year or so, but did not need fixing quite yet. The gentleman who came out was pleasant, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. I'm glad to know they'll be checking on our systems twice a year and also know they'll be great help if we ever have an emergent situation!"
