Hello, my name is Tator, I have been working in various trades since I was 15, starting with cutting wood, and then moving to full scale tree service, and ever since I've been interested in developing my next skill, and quickly developed a passion for high quality craftsmanship, and have always loved a challenge. For almost 2 years I worked as a handyman for a local business (Joes Garage) working directly alongside the owner, who was a journeyman millwright by trade, needless to say there was no job we couldn't handle, we did roofing, electrical, drywall, flooring, outdoor patio lighting systems, grout and tile work, lawn care, painting interior and exterior, small engine repair, most of which ide also had previous experience with. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
