The carpet is light colored and 17 years old and looks like new again. He even did the carpet piece in the garage by the entry door free and without me asking him to and cleaned the top of a twin mattress for us at no additional cost (had asked for that to be done and expected to pay more than the Angie's List special price. They also cleaned out my dryer vent for free, and they cleaned it from the outside.  They gave me a $75 discount.  They were very clean, professional, and friendly. He sprayed the carpet with solution and used a rotary cleaning machine to work it into carpet and suck out the solution. We have a young dog so there was urine spots plus the tracked in soil from our busy family & visitors. The carpet was moderately dirty and Mr. Tober did an outstanding job of removing all that we could see. The carpet was left soft and only damp with a pleasant, subtle scent.
