They showed up, took pictures to send to me (I am a remote landlord), were polite and respectful of my tenant, a young woman, and called me while there to go over all that was needed to deal with a rodent problem. They gave a decent quote, half of what others quoted, with a detailed explanation of what they would do, and a guarantee (what!?!?!). "When I made the appointment, I specifically mentioned that I purchased the Angie's List Voucher. I even provided the voucher to the technician as requested. And yet a week later, they send me a bill! And this is the second time they did that! The first time, in April, I sent the bill back and nicely explained how I purchased the voucher through Angie's List and they can't bill me again for a service for which I've already paid!
