"They came and gave me an estimate promptly. I was needing a new roof asap for my father who's suffering from dementia. I told them what I needed and there wasn't any high pressure sales. Got several quotes and they were within $100 of being the best but the BBB factored into my decision. I was having to go out of town to handle some business and they worked with me to get the roof replaced. Highly recommed them."

"Hired them to do a shingle roof install on my house and they found out that there was 4 layers of old shingles already on my house!! Crazy! They didn?t charge me a single penny extra to remove all the layers ( there shouldn?t ever be more than 2 layers) and repaired the sheeting underneath then did a great job installing the new roofing! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable!! I don?t normally do reviews but nowadays it?s rare when a contractor goes above and beyond to ensure that their customer is satisfied and taken care of properly! I?m not a fixer upper type of guy but I do my research on what I?m being told or looking for. I couldn?t recommend this company enough! The sales guy (Rob) was very knowledgeable and helpful to get this done within my budget! "

"Diego was very professional. He said he could get the roof on in two days and did. He was very kind and easy to work with. We had our roof completely installed four days of first speaking with him, The people who work for him were very happy, nice and competent people. The longer they worked the more they seemed to enjoy each otherâ s company. Diego has been back two times to check on things I had questions about recently. I can recommend this man and his company wholeheartedly! You will be happy you chose this company."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Ironton, OH

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
