After 3 weeks, I get an email saying they were unable to find anyone for my area, so I was left looking for an installer myself. I ended up choosing Shane who came the next day with his helper. The job was done efficiently and old dishwasher was hauled off without any mess or problem. I asked Shane what other work he was able to do and found out he could work on garage doors so I told him about the problem with mine and they ended up doing the needed replacement immediately. The BEST: I told them I thought it was the heating element, they picked one up from parts supply warehouse on the way got here. Told me it was NOT the heating element (save your money) call an electrician, it is the outlet. BOOM, mic drop... Further referred me to a reputable electrician who ALSO came out same day.
