"The carpets looked good and initially smelled better, didn't take long to realize the smell was still lingering. I was impressed with how they moved some furniture to get behind it and that's impressive. When I contacted them again about this, I was told I would have to pay a $35.00 fee for her (owner I guess) to come look at the job. HUH? Also, would have to pay again for additional work. I think she should have been upfront about she may or may not be able to do the job right. Especially since they are listed under pet odor carpet cleaning."
