"I have never met a more thorough, professional, capable service provider.  Jake Mason showed up on time, ready to work.  He verified the job, determined the best ways to get into the house to minimize impact on the walls (and family),  discussed the level of effort and confirmed our agreed upon price BEFORE he started.  He provided extra attention to some stubborn stains.  When completed, he noted that the job really wasn't the square footage they normally clean for their 'minimum' job and insisted upon cleaning an additional area rug to support his fee.  He then noted that the day was going to be humid, and volunteered his high power blowers for the next 8 hours to dry thecarpet...this was all without my asking.  Pleasant, timely, sharp, professional...I will definitely have him back when the rest of the house needs cleaning!! <br />"
