"We really felt their service was very good.  They did a very professional job.  Probably the best carpet cleaning we've had in a very long time.  So I would highly recommend them.  We will be using them again.  I think they charged me a little bit more.  I had told them there was some urine stains and I think he was expecting it to be a really hard job.  I think he  spent a little bit more time than he would have then when he got in he probably realized it wasn't as bad.  So he said if he comes back he won't have to spend that much time and that kind of charge again.  It was a little excessive I thought; however, he did a really good job.  He did a really good job on that.  I have 3 dogs.  They were under impression probably the way I described it that it was worse, but it really wasn't.  I still the price was excessive.  They stayed longer to try to make up the cost they were charging me.  When I had gone online and looked over some of their fees they had charged and they were much less than anything he had charged me."

"The appointment was made by phone, and they were able to come fairly quickly.  The owner came the day before the service, just to see the draperies since I was a new customer.  The two workers arrived on time and were very professional yet friendly.  They were able to clean the draperies where they hung, instead of having to take them out for cleaning.  That seemed to work very well!  The two large area rugs did have to be taken out for cleaning, of course.  Everything turned out well.  The only anomaly was that we noticed a gray ashy substance on our gas range burners, and cooking pans, after cooking dinner that night, and again the next morning.  Thinking something was wrong with our stove, we called the gas company.  They came out a couple of days later, and after several phone calls, they determined that it was the result of some chemical in the air combusting.  It was no longer occurring by then.  When asked if we had been painting or had chemicals next to the stove, we had an "Aha Moment" and realized that it was probably the result of the drapery cleaning, although we had not been able to smell anything, and they used green chemicals.  I called Alameda, and when they brought the area rugs back the owner's son discussed the matter with us.  He had never had such a thing happen, but thought it might have been caused by a clogged filter in the vacuum system he was using, the he had discovered partway through the cleaning.  No harm was done... <br />"

"It went really well.  One guy handled the whole project.  He gave me a good warning about where it might be slippery, what to avoid and when I could walk on it.  He let me know where there were stains he was able to do and where it was more of an issue of wear and it wouldn't come up.  I knew what I was getting, he performed as promised and it didn't take very long.  he gave me an indication of when i could bring the furniture back and as expected the carpet was quite dry.  The equipment did a good job of sucking out the water because it was close to dry even at the point when he left.  We were given instructions of what furniture to move - tables, lamps, etc. stuff that was manageable.  He said the big stuff he could move himself, I was doubtful but he did move it.  I was very pleased.  Whenever you let someone in your home it's important that it's someone who was trustworthy, had a good attitude and nice to be around and he certainly was that."

"Bryan called me back with in an hour of me contacting him on Angie's List. The day of the appointment he arrived right on the scheduled time. Our carpets have not been professionally cleaned for a couple of years and were looking pretty poor with kids, 2 dogs and a cat. Bryan reviewed with me what he was going to do and then over the course of 2 hours made our carpets look great. He was very diligent about cleaning up and giving me directions on drying time. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and will use again and recommend Sons Carpet Cleaning."
