I called AM Roofing, he set up an appointment and came right over. Went on the roof, showed me where shingles were loose and could be lifted during heavy winds and rains. If repaired could prevent future leaks and further roof repair or replacement. Gave me a two-year warranty, and repaired the roof the same day. The price was reasonable and within budget. I put years of life on the existing room at a time when replacement costs of a roof would be higher during the present state of higher material costs!"

I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!!
