"It was a small wool rug I had cleaned. Generally it looked a little cleaner but there were a dozen stains and spots that seemed relatively untouched by there cleaning capabilities. Disappointing result"

"Denrick told me I would need two yards of fabric for four chairs. I bought Crypton upholstery fabric (because we have two cats that love to scratch upholstery and shed their weight in fur!) which was on sale at joann.com for $20/yd (originally $50/yd). I got a color that went with my living room sofa set. I dropped off the old seats and the fabric at his workshop. He said the original plywood was still in good condition, so he would just need to replace the foam with new 2" thick foam. Denrick called me when the chairs were ready and he delivered the seats to my home. He reattached the reupholstered seats to the chairs with new 1 1/4" coarse thread screws. The new chairs look fantastic and the thicker foam is so much more comfortable than before! This is the first time I have had furniture reupholstered as I had previously never even considered it as an option to replacing otherwise perfectly good furniture, but I am really glad I did!"

"They did a great job on both the rug and upholstery cleaning, unfortunately the stain on the rug as pretty tough and they were not able to get it all out. They cleaned the rug at my house, normally they recommend rugs be cleaned at their facility. I may send the rug back with them next time."
