"He did a very good job.  Be prepared for all of the extra's they will ask for beyond the initial deal.  I will say we have a lot more airflow going through our heater now and the dryer really needed it.  We had two cancellations before they came on the last time.

"They took too long to do the job. I had to stand over some of the contractors and tell them how to do the job. I should not have to do that.  I gave them instructions on how I wanted the job done and it was not done that way.  It took them 3 and a half to 4 months to do the job, too long.  I think the price was reasonable but could have been done for less."

"It went fair. I am happy with the finished product. However, the communication between the estimator and the crews doing the work seemed to be lacking. They had to come back multiple times due to lack of knowing what was actually supposed to be replaced. They also left to big pieces of old fence in my yard that is yet to be picked up. I have requested 2 or 3 times, and it still hasn’t been picked up"
