That's why when you call Mocean Roofing and Construction, the owner will meet with you, get on your roof for inspection and give you an estimate with only the highest quality products. All full re-roofs comes with a workmanship warranty and windstorm inspection by a qualified engineer. We are also very passionate about our beaches in Texas, we consistently gather locals and friends for beach cleanups to improve the quality of our beaches and the ocean!

He explained the process clearly and thoroughly, and he was able to answer all my questions and I got no unpleasant surprises through the course of the install. His crew are an experienced group of pros. They waited until the weather looked good, then managed to do a 38 square roof in two days. The crew did an excellent job and left the property neat and clean. When the job was completed Mr. Pretorius gave me everything I needed to update my windstorm insurance and register the warranty with Owens Corning.
