"Working with P&C contractors was an absolute pleasure. We are going to hire them for more work immediately since we were so impressed. They work long days (even in record heatwaves) and pay attention to the smallest detail. Peter, the owner, is honest and beyond fair in his pricing. If you need concrete work, Landscape or irrigation work, stop looking and hire this company. They prepared the base for two large walkways and the apron for a four car garage and an RV garage. Several inches of base had to be laid and tamped before the reinforcement mesh was placed and concrete was poured. The finish of the concrete is outstanding, and they were sure to pressure wash any splashes that occurred during the pour. A protectant product was also sprayed over the concrete to help stop cracking. They were all very respectful of the property and picked up after themselves. Peter and his crew were extremely hard-working, friendly, honest and thorough. Best company we have worked with in a long time."

"<p>I contacted John Orban the principal of this Grout Doctor operation on late Monday afternoon Nov 16 and he was able to come by that very same evening and review the job. He provided an estimate and I agreed to hire him and a work date was scheduled for 8AM that Saturday. John arrived several minutes before 8AM on the promised Saturday and began work and except for a short break worked cotinuously in that bathroom until after 3:00 PM. I could hear him scraping and grinding away from another part of the house and I did not step into the bathroom until he had finished with the shower and started to re-caulk the sinks in another part of the house. </p> <p>All I can say is that when I walked into the bathroom I was looking at a new master shower, everything looked pristine. I couldn't believe it was the same shower I used the night before.</p> <p>To sum things up I could not be more  pleased with the results. In addition to the master shower, John re-caulked four sinks and their back splash. "JC did an excellent job from start to finish. Joey's repair work went beyond my expectation. He was meticulous and did an excellent job repairing the brick foundation. After finishing the work, he left the basement cleaner than he found it.  His wife Cathi runs the office and she is very helpful and highly responsive. From scheduling the estimate to completing the job, they communicate every step of the way. We had to wait several months for them to get to our job, but since there was no urgency, I definitely feel it was worth the wait. It speaks very well of the company that they have a wait list. They weren't the cheapest estimate for completing the work but I am very satisfied and pleased that I selected them. <br />"
