"We recently had a tank alarm go off which alerted us that there was a problem with the septic mound system.  I called Barbosa around 8:30 am and they came out to the property within a couple of hours.  Our technician's name was Mike.  He was very informative.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a broken septic pump. <br /> He then went on to test the system only to find that, although the pump was now in working order, it wasn't pumping anything out because the mound hadn't been cleaned and needed to be flushed as well.  Mike had to call out a different truck for this job but it was there in less than half an hour.  They flushed out the mound system quickly and efficiently. <br /> Before leaving, Mike wanted to confirm that everything was working as it should be so he asked us to flush toilets and run water while monitoring the situation. <br /> Overall it was a super experience.  I would definitely use them again!  Very fast and very professional. <br /> <br />"

"The advantage to hiring Robinson Plumbing is their integrity. We initially called to have the kitchen drain unclogged - for the 3rd time. Previously, we hired another highly-rated service. That company snaked the drain and cut into pipes in an area that couldn't be reached by the equipment they had brought with them. They advised that we discontinue using our garbage disposal, as the problem would keep repeating itself. As careful as we were, the problem repeatedly recurred and we finally called Robinson. Dylan responded on the same day and offered to clear the blockage, but he advised us that previous work performed on the pipes had not been done to code and the pipes were pitched poorly. He recommended that we have the pipes properly pitched, so that the water would drain easily and not sit at odd angles and unrealistic bends. We were disappointed that none of the previous plumbers had mentioned this glaring problem. Dylan tackled a problem that no one else was willing to spend time resolving. He cleared the blockage so that we could use the sink over the weekend, and he returned the following Tuesday to fix the grading problem. When he quoted the project, he anticipated having to re-pipe the kitchen, bathroom, and basement areas that were connected to that particular line. However, he and Gage were able to re-work the project more efficiently and less invasively, concentrating all of their effort in the basement and not having to touch the kitchen or bathroom. Dylan patiently demonstrated how the problem was fixed and assured us everything was checked with levels to ensure the necessary pitch. We trust that the problem has been resolved for the last time, and we are extremely grateful to have found both professionalism and integrity in Dylan and Robinson Plumbing. "Upon calling, Mark actually answered, (didn't get an answering machine) and we discussed what our problem was. He was at our house in an hour, which is amazing for a Friday evening. He determined the burner jets had seemingly suddenly clogged, and was able to clean them in a short time. He stayed around to insure that the water was heating properly. (He wore "booties" so as not to track anything on our floors). Mark indicated they do all kinds of plumbing related work, and we will be contacting him again in the Spring. "Larry was very professional, friendly, and punctual.  He encouraged my wife and I to follow him throughout the inspection and he thoroughly explained everything that he was doing.  If there were any notes he was making, he took the time to make sure we understood what the flaws/etc were in the home, the severity of them, and gave recommendations on how to get the issues fixed.  I felt he took adequate amount of time for the inspection and he did get up on the roof to do a close visual inspection of the condition. <br /> I did give a B for price.  The standard inspection cost was quoted as $500 (included pest inspection and radon test) <br /> but we were not able to get the water turned on prior to the inspection and we also did not have the HVAC unit running prior to the inspection and, therefore, those systems could not be tested.  I explained this to the agent over the phone who set up the appointment.  I was told that since the water system would not be inspected, we would have a $25 discount (5% off total price) which is nice but I would have expected a little more of a discount since testing the water/sewer systems would have comprised more than 5% of the work to be done.  Overall I'm happy with the service that was provided, felt pricing was somewhat fair, and based on the experience we had with Larry I wouldn't hesitate to use BPG again. <br />"
