"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "It was great from start to finish. Steve and Steve arrived promptly at 8 am and were done by 12:15. They waited to greet the stucco repair guy and show him what had to be done. Steve came back at about 2 to make sure the job was done correctly, which it was. You couldn’t tell that any repair was made to the stucco. The bonus for me was a small piece of base trim on the Wall was damage by dry rot so Steve took off. When he came back to inspect he brought a piece of the same base trim and replaced it. He said he had the same trim at home. The back patio was cleaner than when they came. My new door is great and once my dog was used to the new doggie door he’s been enjoying his freedom ever since! Mr. Coughlin did everything he said he was going to do at the price he quoted from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this company."
