She had someone come out to do a free estimate quote and was on the job when a last minute cleaning need popped up. She went over and beyond with working with minimal time notice and moved things around to make it work. Her team will be quoting us for other cleaning services as well (carpets, windows, cabinetry, etc.) and I will be more than happy to hire her team on for all of it. There isn't a different company I would trust with our property than them. The price point is worth every penny and some. The work her team puts in and the pricing is uncanny. "I'm very sad this didn't work out. This is my first time hiring a professional cleaner, and I was hoping for better. I paid $275 for a basic cleaning after moving out. I asked specifically if they vacuum. Julianne assured me they did. They did fine on the bathrooms, and did the best they could on the wood and laminate floors. However, when I went to steam clean the carpet, I I had a great deal of dust and hair left on the carpeting. My first impulse was to give them the benefit of the doubt, and thought they had an awfully weak vacuum. But then, I realized there was no vacuum patterns in the carpet. The dust and hair clogged up my steam cleaner. I'm very disappointed, and cannot recommend."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."
