"A very large oak tree had fallen on my garage and caused damage to the roof and gutters. Alex and his crew at Ridge Roofing repaired the damaged gable, soffits and roof. They removed and hauled away all damaged roofing and materials, replaced the entire metal roof, and installed new gutters with covers. They did a great job! They were punctual, completed the work in the time frame estimated, at the estimated price (no surprises!) and didn't leave any mess behind. I would most definitely hire Ridge Roofing again."

Joe Reilly was sent out to do an inspection and quote a price to repair and install the new roofing and make inside repairs. I asked him to quote me to price for the additional roofing so I could have an entire new roof. Unlike the solar panel contacts Joe always replied quickly each time I had a question. He setup times and worked with the guys who were to remove the panels so he could do his work. He worked with everyone involved and brought everything together. I have worked with a lot of companies but Joe is one of the BEST. He actually does what he says he will do, answers your calls or texts in a timely manner. He takes the time to explain what will be done and answers all your questions. I also had gutters replaced and they done a great job. They were expensive, but of the few companies I spoke with, they made me feel the most reassured that everything would be done perfectly. They did high quality work with high quality materials. Nothing was rushed, they were very meticulous every step of the way, and made every effort to clean up each day. The project manager and sales person checked in with me throughout the process to make sure things were going well, that I understood what was happening, and to answer any questions I had. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Carlos and his assistants did great work. We were repairing a 50 year old large barn that needed rotten wood replaced, posts replaced, blocks replaced and block joints repaired, a lot of siding replaced, many holes in the tin roof repaired, gutters installed, rafters repaired, floorboards replaced, outside steps to the upstairs, and painting the whole exterior. Carlos was excellent at spotting problems with the building, communicating them, and coming up with solutions. He worked quick and efficiently and was reliable, always showing up when he said he would and was good at communicating (through text mostly and the occasional phone call). He did a couple extra repairs beyond what I asked him, just because he saw they were needed. He knew what he was doing and what products were needed. To save me money, I bought the materials which was fine with him. I would say his only weakness was in developing a detailed materials list before the project started. He knew what he needed but putting down details on paper wasn't his strong point. He and his helpers were courteous and friendly."
