We set up an appointment, Damon arrived on time, minutes before appointment time. Very friendly and professional. We informed Damon that we had other bids coming, and we would contact him. Four days later we set up the install Damon and his crew. They are very professional, very friendly very thorough on their jobs explaining and cleaning up as they went. "Easy experience overall. Booked K-Guard months in advance and needed them to coordinate with my painter who took the gutters down and then would need to paint the new gutters. When the house was ready for the install, it was super quick and the results look great. The design of the system is great - two gutters slope opposite from what they did originally to prevent future wood rot, as there was a lot of wood rot from how the gutters used to drain. Product is a little pricier than the average gutter, but it's also much bigger and can handle more water and will never need cleaning out. Definitely recommend."

"I do not believe I got a good value for my money. I expected the workmanship to be better than it was. The worker did the work very fast. The workman showed me some pictures but not of the whole job. I did not have the chance to look at the far side of the house. He had removed the ladder before I could see, and the pictures were of the other side of the house. When I went up on a ladder after he left, I discovered that he did not remove the old brackets, he just stuck new ones on every foot. The horizontal slope of the gutters was adjusted slightly, but not really professionally done, that is, there is not a truly consistent flow along the length of the gutter to the downspout. For the price I paid, it should have been done better."
