"Chase and Jared arrived promptly at 9:30 am and worked for quite a while breaking up and digging out the old concrete. They took a break to obtain the supplies needed to finish the job then spent several more hours in the hot sun putting in the new step and concrete next to the driveway. They did superior work, answered all my questions and were very pleasant to work with. We have used this company before and knew that they do an excellent job. Mark Rodgers himself had already come out to give us an estimate. His wife, Anne, kept in touch regularly with emails and texts to update us on the possible date for the work. "Had concrete work done to fix a sunken slab. That slab was causing water to be allowed to enter my garage. After the fix water is entering from the other side. After contacting they did not come out and no calls. Update: The company did come back out and discovered that it was all caused by an issue that they do not do. The owner of the company went ahead and fixed it for him and all issues were taken care of."

"From the initial consultation with Andrew to the wrap-up of the project, our experience was fantastic! We would hire them again without hesitation! Andrew and his team laid a new driveway and patio for us, in addition to grading our backyard, in Spring 2019. Nearly a year later and we are still thrilled with the results and get a lot of compliments from neighbors (the driveway they replaced was literally in crumbles). We got a lot of quotes for the work, but none had the quality of materials that Andrew uses. While the pricing was on the higher end of all the quotes, Andrew and his team are worth it! They are such hard workers and were at our house each day until the job was done. They cleaned up and even laid topsoil down along the edges of the driveway to make it easier for us to seed. Our neighbors had gotten their driveway done the year before us and commented how WOW'd they were with Andrew's attention to little details like that. The quality of work was great. They graded our driveway and patio and installed a drain so we no longer have water pooling around the garage door. The only thing we have noticed is that because the color of the concrete they use is so light, it stains easily. We have used cleaners that help reduce the discoloration, but it's clear where car tires and leaves have been. That said, we are still thrilled with the work and have no concerns that our driveway and patio will be around for many years to come!"

"I have been through this before where you have a rather small job involving concrete. The job is too much to mix by hand but getting a contractor to bid on it is near impossible because the money for them is in driveways and big jobs. I tried last fall without success and in the mean time found out that 2 of my neighbors needed similar work: one driveway apron replaced and one service sidewalk (like mine) replaced. I thought that with 3 smaller jobs we would be able to get someone to bid on it. I contacted 4 contractors from Angie's List and got 2 of them to respond. Tom Haning told me when he would come to look at the jobs, showed up on time and gave me a written quote for each of the 3 jobs before he left. The other contractor was late showing up, gave me verbal quotes at the time and when I asked for written ones, he never responded. The email address on his company website was also invalid. One of the neighbors decided she wanted something different from the original quote and Tom responded and re-quoted her job. We all decided to have the work done and notified Mr. Haning. Since I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks, we tentatively scheduled for after Memorial Day. Tom contacted us on Memorial Day and said that he would be out the next day at 7am. He showed up at 6:45 and with his crew, formed, hand dug and prepped my sidewalk area. He also prepped the other 2 jobs and then the following day at 8am, the concrete truck arrived and they poured all 3 jobs, finished the concrete and even pulled the forms by the end of the day. Since one of the jobs involved a driveway apron which requires a better concrete mix, the other neighbor and myself benefited as well on our sidewalks. Tom and his crew are very professional and cleaned up the area and the street. Although I don't anticipate any further concrete work, I would not hesitate contacting T.W. Haning Concrete again in the future.  <br />"
