"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"About 2 yrs ago I used Community Builders to put in all new windows in my house. It was an amazing experience so I thought I would try them again for my siding. I could not be happier. They were professional, showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up the mess to where I could not tell they have been here except my house looked AMAZING! The installers were so nice and the work was incredible. The salesman even came out while they were installing and after it was complete to make sure I was happy. "Everything went exactly as David said it would. While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision. I was very impressed with how David explained the extra things that he was doing that many roofers skip. I had complete confidence that I was going to get the most professional work available and that is what David gave me."

"The first company that was assigned by Choice Home Warranty did not show show or call for the scheduled appointment. I was told to contact the company, but I was not satisfied with the response and the new appointment. After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

I prefer to sub-contract on home builds or full gut remodels, but will take on some smaller issues on a case by case basis. I am fairly priced, not the lowest, but far from the highest...and bring with me much more experience than about 95% of other persons in my trade. Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. 
I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.

Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels.  He was very responsive to my questions/ requests.  I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process.  He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner.  The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them.  It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier.  I love my new kitchen and bathroom.  They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.  I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
