"It was freezing and snowing . Mr Greg and his team stayed late into the night to replace my water pipe and they were so professional, friendly and kind. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would recommend this team when work like this is needed."

"Doc is excellent! Finding a contractor in Philly with honesty, integrity, and pride in their work is very difficult. Most home owners in Philly understand this. Doc was professional, courteous, communicative, and did the job correctly. It did go a little longer than planned, but that's to be expected with an old house and having to replace and fix previous crappy contractor work. His pricing is spot-on! Doc doesn't mess around - HE KNOWS HIS CRAFT. He is a master plumber and craftsman in the truest sense. You can't go wrong with Doc, and you know you'll get a fair price and be working with someone that will stand by their work. I will be working with Doc again for sure. "October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.
