"Overall it wasn't bad, but I definitely expected more for 330.00 the two gentlemen were very friendly and polite, however, they weren't very communicative. Being my first time having carpet professionally cleaned. There were some problem areas that now after a couple days of the carpet being dry, I can still smell pet urine. I specifically pointed out all areas of concern. It was only a few. The pet spots when my son's Dad had brought his dog over, and he marked his territory in the bedroom. Now that the carpet is dry a few days later, it still smells of urine. I'm not happy about that. Mostly because overall, my carpet wasn't dirty. I had it cleaned for my son's allergies, and those few pet spots. I just feel for the money I spent, I expected much more then still having urine smell from the carpet. They did however get the spot of green slime out of the carpet in my son's bedroom. That was amazing! They were leaving and he told me nit to move the furniture for 24 hrs, de to the carpet still being wet, and the wpod can bleed onto the wet carpet. I was told from the representative on the phone when I made the carpet cleaning appointment that the cleaning technicians would put furniture covers has on all of the furniture to be placed back safely for that reason. The only thing they put furniture covers on with my son's bad when they put his butt back down oh, that is it. I actually had to ask the technician for the furniture covers for my coffee table and end tables in the living room and my night stands up in my bedroom. Had it not been for me asking, I wasn't going to get any of those. Even though I was told by the representative that I would be given all those. So it wasn't a terrible experience, but the first time having them out with all the good reviews they have gotten, I was expecting a lot more in return. I feel.i will probably address the urine spots with the manager. Idk if I would go with them again. All depends what happens when I call the manager. Mistakes happen, what matters is how they're handled. Again, for almost 350 dollars, I shouldn't still smell urine in the carpet in a couple spots."

"<p>I have purchased it several times.  Yes, it is expensive for the 16 oz concentrate but I love it for my carpet.</p> <p>I have 2 Pomeranians and they have accidents.  I make up a solution for spot treating and we use the</p> <p>OdorXit in our carpet cleaner.  It makes the carpet small very clean and fresh.  I highly recommend this</p> <p>product.  Yes, I have searched on line for ones that cost less but I feel the need to spend more for the</p> <p>results,  so I budget for the added cost.    Thanks folks!!  You have a great product.  </p> <br />"

"<p>I went into my utility room one day and found myself standing a 1/2" of water.  My water heater had probably been leaking from the top for a few weeks without my knowing.  My basement has a built-up subfloor (except for the utility room), so the carpet wasn't wet.  I pealed back the carpet and found that the plywood floor seemed dry but I could hear water sloshing below.  Fortunately, there is a floor drain just outside the utility room which limited the area of damage.  I decided to call in a pro to tackle this problem.</p> <p>After having a new water heater installed, I went to Angie's List and found AccuDry was a local company with good reviews.  During my initial phone call to AccuDry, I was transferred to Kevin who listened to my description of the situation and offered options on how I could try to fix this myself or how they could help.  I asked Kevin to come out to take a look. He came out the next day.  After determining the limits of the damage, I asked Kevin for a price for them to do the demolition and drying.  I would take care of the repairs myself.  Kevin gave me two quotes, one "out of pocket" price and one insurance claim price.  I chose the "out of pocket" price as it was less than my deductible.  As this was a small job by AccuDry's standards, Kevin had to call his boss to get approval to do the work.</p> <p>The next morning, a crew of two showed up and removed about 90 square feet of subflooring and dense foam insulation, which acted like a sponge soaking up the water.  After demolition, they brought in one large dehumidifier and two blower fans and partitioned off that corner of the basement with plastic sheeting to isolate the area.  This was on a Thursday and the equipment was left on over the weekend.  Monday morning, the crew showed up and removed the equipment and tested for damp areas.  There were a couple of areas where some wood near the walls had a slightly higher moisture content than they like and offered to leave the equipment at additional cost.  They also suggested to measures I could do myself to finish the drying process.  I chose the latter.</p> <p>Overall, I am pleased with the service they provided and appreciate that they did not try push me into using their services if I did not want it.  </p> <p>The only downside to this experience was on the first day of running the drying equipment. I came home from work to find nothing running.  It turns out that they plugged all of their equipment into the same electrical circuit that also serves a small refrigerator.  When the refrigerator turned on, it blew the circuit.  I lost about 6 hours of drying time.  I mentioned this to the crew when they picked up the equipment and they said that happens a lot.  If only there was a way for them to test the loads on the circuit before they plug everything in to make sure that can't happen.</p> <br />"
