For my front yard, they had to pull out existing grass and trees and then install new trees, sod, extend my rock wall, build a planter, create a stamped concrete walkway going to the side gate and create stamped concrete steps going up to the front door. They also installed stamped concrete and trees around the edge of the sidewalk, and a border around the grass. They installed a sprinkler and drip hose system.
