"This company uses a different business model than I'm used to.  What I expected was to call them out to fix my roof leak and have them tell me I need a new roof (the roof is 24 years old).  Instead, they quote in advance a fixed-price roof repair, you pay before they come out, and the technician is ONLY authorized to perform that leak repair (has to be within the 10x10' limit).  He has no authority to provide estimates or evaluations. I actually was hoping to get an assessment of the overall condition of the roof, and instead got only and exactly the service that I requested, which to my knowledge was well done.  The technician showed me photos of the affected area on his iPhone prior to and after the repair.  He alo documented some additional minor (and obvious) repair needs and Chris, the manager, called a few days later with a reasonable quote (about $90 to replace a couple of broken or missign tiles).  This is a good business model, but be aware that if you want an assessment, ask for one, because they will do exactly what you ask for.

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.
