"From project beginning to end, Keith and Company demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism. For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. "Two weeks after moving into a new home, we discovered, after a heavy rain, that we had a leak in an older flat roof over a bedroom. Tom was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though they don't do roofing repairs (only full replacements), Tom sent his foreman over to patch our roof as an emergency short-term fix while we looked into options for having the old roof replaced with a TPC membrane. There have been heavy rains in the meantime, and the temporary patch has saved us from taking on more water and causing further damage to drywall and floors. We were impressed by Certified's professionalism and responsiveness, and we would have hired them to do the full roof replacement, but they had a 2-3 week backlog due to all the rainy weather, and we needed the work done sooner than that."

"This is our second great experience with Exterior Medics. We had them do a major wood siding replacement project a couple years ago so when we needed roof repairs done, we knew they were a good company to work with. We were wondering whether there would be issues with getting work done during the Coronavirus shutdown or how they would handle it. The sale consultant set the tone early - no contact during the inspection process, Zoom to walk through the assessment and proposal, and no impact on the scheduling overall. They were trustworthy in providing assessments and estimates for different levels of work - a set of repairs absolutely needed to fix a leak, a set of repairs for other apparent damage, and a set of repairs to prevent future issues. We ended up doing a full roof replacement, a chimney repair, and gutter replacement. I am not going to say it was cheap - but it was a good value considering the scale of the job. We needed a custom skylight, which did lead to some delays, but Exterior Medics kept in touch regarding timeframes and were super helpful (and apologetic, although it was out of their control). Once the skylight was in, the scheduling was very fast. The job would take 3 days - one for delivery and the masonry work, one for the roof replacement, and one for the gutters. Even as bad weather threatened, they didn't panic and as the forecast turned out better than expected, they held to the schedule. The team worked VERY hard while onsite - not only did they work fast, but they were consistently cleaning up debris during the whole job. They also did multiple sweeps with magnets to get any screws and roofing nails. The job was completed exactly when expected despite some other repairs being required during the job. Overall very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work - it was exactly what we expected from past work they have done for us. We definitely intend to use them on future projects."
