"I had the roof and gutter helmets on my residence replaced by Presidential Exteriors and I was pleased not only with the quality of the work, but I was impressed by the end to end customer service from everyone I encountered from Presidential Exteriors - enough so that I wrote a complimentary email to the management. There were many customer touchpoints during the brief project: sales, insurance coordinator, material delivery, installation, project management and back office support. "Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."
