There were several significant stains that he removed that have not returned after several months. The dirt returned quickly to a small but high traffic area. "Outstanding Experience!!! Brandon and his team are crazy passionate about cleaning and super knowledgeable about all types of carpets and cleaning issues and challenges. Our first experience was with a condo we rented that when we arrived was so filthy included carpeted stairs that were charcoal colored from all the dirt and dog hair (yep, last time we rented from pictures rather than visiting). I thought there would be no way to get it cleaned, but after the service, it was incredible how much better the entire TH unit was. We were thrilled. "Excellent! We had two large rooms and a hallway cleaned. Arrived right on time. We were very impressed right away when Ro (business owner) came in and first did a walk-through to assess where the stains were and then discussed with us what had happened with our dog (she had been very sick and so we had a lot of urine stains in the living room, ugh). We also had some spots in the master bedroom that were there from the previous homeowners, and another carpet cleaning service had been unable to get them up. We had no idea what they were but they were brown and ugly. After doing the survery of the carpets, Ro made up the cleaning solution specific to our carpets, and went to work. The results were transformative. Not only was he able to address the issue in our living room but he removed a lot of the unknown stain in the bedroom. The carpets look wonderful and the awful urine smell is GONE. Also the carpets were only slightly damp, he got about 90% of the moisture up. We are not in a position at this time to replace all this carpet and to have it cleaned and smelling fresh again is such a relief. It is obvious that this company is dedicated to finding out what the customer's needs are and doing everything they can to make sure they meet them. We will absolutely use Swan Floor Care again and I highly recommend them."

Area rug had to be sent back to re-clean two more times, as it had spots in different places when it was returned. The third time it looked brand new. Though it took a bit of persistence, the rug looked brand new in the end. Very pleased!"
