He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. "Great work but poor follow up.  These was a problem with one of the LED lights not working after 4 months.  Although ultimately it was resolved, it took months, repeated contacts, them rescheduling appointments, and 3 tries to get the right fixture replaced.  Great work and nice guy, but it would have been a whole lot better if they just followed up and got it done in a timely matter.
