"After 40 some years of use our captain's chairs that we use at our game table were showing their age. The leather was cracked and the brass tacks were tarnished. Metro Leather had a good selection of leathers to choose from and the job only took 3-4 weeks to complete. The owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. It was well worth the price. Our chairs now look like they came out of the showroom. They even touched up the scratches on the legs and the brass tacks look like new. The seats also had some extra padding added. Expensive but worth the price. I would definitely use them again."

"We have used M & WR for over 10 years for biweekly cleaning. The crew is always courteous. I appreciate the calls reminding me of their visit. They have been very accommodating when we request a schedule change or extra cleaning. Would definitely recommend them to others."

"First time I called and left a message nobody called me back.  I had to call again; they told me it would take 4 hours so I arranged to take a morning off of work.  I'm getting a new drier put in, so I thought it would be a good idea to get the drier vent cleaned and get all the other vents cleaned too while I was at it.  The 2 technicians showed up exactly on time.  But they didn't introduce themselves or explain what they would be doing.  Importantly (considering it was in the low 30s that day), nobody told me ahead of time that they would have to leave my front door partially open throughout the service, so that a hose could come  in from their truck.  So it was pretty cold.  The service seemed pretty quick; took less than 90 minutes.  They did a very poor job cleaning up after themselves; big wads of dust and even a few loose wires were all over the house afterwards.  Took  me longer to clean up after them than the service took.  I'm not sure why it's $500; maybe because of the equipment they had to use.  They offered to "disinfect" too but I didn't want chemicals sprayed in the house and felt like I was already paying more than enough. <br />"

"Generally well. Most of the floor was clean. Stubborn dirt on some grout that appeared to be gone when the floor was wet turned out still to be there once the floor dried. I think it was ground-in dough from a baking session. Given that, I was glad I did not have the grout sealed. I was annoyed that the lead technician, in discussing grout sealing, tried hard and insistently to persuade me that the grout was originally light-colored instead of the dark color I had selected and know to have been used. My wife and I chose everything in this kitchen when we redid it."
