"AugerPros was the 3rd set of plumbers I had to call to solve our clogged kitchen line. They were professional, prompt, and let me know exactly what would be charged for their services. I was contacted by email & text several times and also given a mapping app so that I could see how far away the plumber was on my cell. I appreciated them being so aware of not wasting my time! Their master plumber, David, was super nice. He listened to me explain what the other guys had done and then he explained everything they were going to do to try to solve my problem. (They ended up having to water-jet my kitchen line because it had a soft stoppage that could not be unplugged with a traditional snaking of the line.) They were done and cleaned up in exactly an hour and not only that - they guaranteed their work for 3 months! I have had no problems with the kitchen drain since and it has been about 6 weeks. They also gave me some product recommendations to help with keeping the line cleared out. I would rate them 10 out of 10. I will not hesitate to call them if I ever need another plumber!!!"

I have building experience but it was nice that the first service tech walked me through the issues and even let me view everything he was viewing. Gave me three solutions and good/bad of each. "This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. "I usually do not write reviews for anything unless they really leave an impression on me and I felt obligated to leave a review after what a phenomenal job Jim’s Plumbing Now did on my water heater. The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time.
