"On 4.17.2018 Condren Tree Service removed a very big Cedar Elm tree and pruned a China Berry tree in my backyard. I have been a Condren Tree Service customer for 20 years. When I need tree services I think of Condren Tree a family owned and operated business in Parker, TX for over 20 years. . They do excellant work. The prices are fair. The workers showed up on time on the scheduled work day. They removed the Cedar Elm, grined and removed the stump and roots. They pruned the China Berry. All the branches were chipped. They left the area very clean. The workers are very professional, pleasant and respectful. They truly are tree experts. "I pay an annual fee and a professional Weedex technician comes regularly to inspect the lawn and treat as needed. The lawn is treated whether I am at home or not, and a detailed report of what was applied and the present condition of the lawn is emailed to me. Our lawn looks better than anytime since we moved here 24 years ago. One recent report is that they had been "ineffective in controlling the Dallisgrass" and made recommendations. But from my perspective, the chemical that they are using is weakening the root structure of the patches of Dallisgrass, making them far easier to pull out of the ground after a rain. Usually by this time of year, my backyard looks like a forest of Dallisgrass. Not this year. I'm done messing with which product to use and when and how much. I'm leaving it to WeedEx. They clearly explained the options to fix the issues and recommended replacing the sod with St. Augustine as it was a better fit for the yard conditions. Once the sod was ordered, they kept me informed on the progress (it had to be delivered from the Houston area) and were punctual with the appointment. Installation was done professionally and the yard looks great now. No issues whatsoever."
