Martin and his team (Dan and Tim) were super nice to work with, very patient, courteous and accommodating, plus they made very helpful professional suggestions on the design, color, and materials. They remodeled our kitchen (cabinets, lighting fixtures, wall painting) and 2 bathrooms. The quality of their painting, tiling, cabinetwork, structural work, and craftsmanship in general, was outstanding. They were obviously motivated to do the best job possible. I recommend them very highly."

"Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"

Estimate was $18,940 Low Balls the estimate and blames you for choosing higher cost items. Like you are in the remodeling business and know how much everything cost, because if you had, you would have realized his estimate was not for real. Told me in two different emails(black and white) before the job started i would not have a kitchen for 2 weeks and the job would be done. And he starts the job that ended up being 3 weeks, but of course he said he told me it could be up to 3 weeks and of course he has a excuse for his employee's and other jobs he was working on at the same time as mine."
