They solved both of my issues efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process extremely wonderful. The invoice/bill for the work was emailed to me the following day and it was exactly in line with expectations (a lot of reviewers are cautious about seeing an invoice after the fact). I told them the units had some mildew and it needed to add refrigerant. The customer service put me on hold for a short time to check what she quotrd me. She said it was the correct amount. The final bill was iver $700."
