"William came over when we had a leak going from our shower into the basement, and he honestly saved the day! He took the time to really listen and figure out exactly what was wrong, and he had the problem fixed relatively quickly. He was extremely professional, respectful, personable, and just an all-around great person to have in our home. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, and by the next day everything was completely back in order. I was honestly blown away by the entire experience.
