"They installed a beautiful patio and walkway for us and the crew was professional and worked hard and fast. They wanted me to be satisfied with the job and worked with me when there was a misunderstanding. I would highly recommend them. There was a problem with the final bill but the owner resolved it to my satisfaction."

"This is one of the most responsive and dependable companies that I have dealt with. From the bid to job completion they were on time and responded to all of my questions. I wanted to know if seal coating would ****** moss growth, Nathan researched that question and reported that he could not guarantee it. I decided to proceed anyway because I had seen their work in my neighborhood. Process includes mechanical cleaning of the asphalt followed by two coats of seal coat. First coat has to dry before second coat is applied. Generally this can be done in one day. Crew took extra care with the edge next to a concrete pad. Overall experience was very positive."

"I am super happy with this paver project. The front pathway and retaining wall with a corner post are absolutely beautiful. The large back patio area has transformed the space into an Italian-style plaza. We selected Brightwood colors for the pavers (reddish hues) and they perfectly selected retaining wall stones to match. Throughout the project, Taylor exhibited excellent communication. He seemed to know exactly what we meant every time we spoke about design elements. His team was absolutely professional and worked so quickly, I couldn't believe it. Huge thumbs up!"

"It was amazing. Woody and his crew were at our place for 6 or 7 days in the summer of 2010 to grade and level the area for the patio, add gravel and sand, then place pavers. They constructed a seat wall around the area, created a second level within the patio area and placed 2 ft high stones at transition points. Woody worked with us to create the design we wanted, and worked with a second contractor who was constructing a pergola. They worked seamlessly and got everything constructed just as we had discussed. I am writing this review today to say that 7 years after the work was done, it is still in fantastic shape. The pavers are all completely level and solid, thanks to Woody's crew's conscientious work. Everything has held up perfectly and we are as happy seven years later as we were when it was first constructed. How often can you say that? We would highly recommend this company!"

"Recently we had All Natures Construction landscape our property. We chose All Nature’s Construction because Elmer had done work for us several years ago and we were delighted with his work. This experience was no different. We spoke to Elmer about what we envisioned and how we would like to use the space. We wanted to reclaim some property, which would require a retaining wall. He was able to put together a proposal that was perfect for our needs and worked with us to make the plan a reality. Elmer is extremely knowledgeable concerning all aspects of landscape design. Our project was a large one. Elmer engineered a functional and pleasing retainment wall that increased our usable yard by double in addition to building a beautiful patio area and fire pit area. All the construction required a dry well as well excavation and irrigation. He was able to give us great ideas for fencing that would allow for a view but still give us the privacy we wanted. He made suggestions for where we could save money while still getting a beautiful space. Elmer is just terrific to work with and his work is outstanding. He turned a dumpy and undesirable yard into a showplace. If you are in need of a great landscaper with wonderful ideas and craftsmanship you can’t go wrong with Elmer at All Nature’s Construction."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Longview, WA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
