"We payed for a multiple spraying over spring and summer. They came as scheduled on thier first spraying, but then because of rain and/or just plain forgetting us, we had to call them to make sure they follow thru with the rest of the scheduled sprayings. They took a little longer getting back to us than I would have like, a week, but they did come back and finish the job.
In the end, we did notice a big difference in the amount of mosquitos, much less, than the year before without spraying.

"Figuring as it was a weekend, I wouldn't be able to get anybody until Monday, I filled out an online form for Radford Pest Control, and Eric actually called me back within 20 minutes or so (on a Sunday!) to talk to me about the problem. He was very knowledgeable and ultimately recommended I stick with the condo association's pest control company given the situatin and because it would save me money if they had to make multiple trips to spray the nest. So we did, and happy to say the wasps are gone now. We didn't end up using Eric's service, but I was very impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge, so will definitely use if we have indoor pests again.
