When the job was done I received a Notice to Owner from the cement supplier that if they were not paid in full by this cement contractor, then they could come after me for payment. Up to and including a lien on my house. Though worrisome, this too was resolved with no additional cost to me."

"Roots had displaced parts of our conrete driveway. After checking with several other companies (who didn't seem to have a clue or just didn't seem interested) we read about Tom's Quality Concrete on Angie's List. With the prompt return of our call we set a date for them to come by and look at what we had and discuss what could be done. <br /> They came on time, gave us options, discussed our concerns, and answered all our questions. <br /> We set a date for them to come... there was a slight delay due to the lack of arrival of the dumpster... but once it was delivered they got right to work. They broke up and removed the old concrete to the dumpster, dug out all the roots (big and small), leveled and then poured the concrete. They even brought extra gravel to add so the new would match what was already there! It is not often you see workers work so hard, but they were hard at it all day. By day's end all was finished, the dumpster had been removed, and Tom was spraying off the drive, putting out markers so it would not be driven on until set. <br /> He came back the next day to check everything and make sure we were satisfield. We were...totally, and when we eventually replace to whole drive we will definitely call him. <br /> If you want professional service and knowledgeable experience we could not recommend any one better! <br /> <br />"

Some small pieces need to be fixed but NRICARDO said they would take care of those. I have beensick for 2 weeks so I have not contactedthem about the minor fixes but I trust themThe Price was very reasonable too and it took them only aday to knock out close to 500 sq feet of walkway and part of the day we sawsome rain. They also repaired anotherpart of my other walkway (that another contractor did 4 years ago) and didn’t chargeme for it which I thought was very nice Rumollo has been courteous and Jana (in the office) has been very helpful since day 1. They also applied some sealer to some leftover materials and also applied some sealer to a coupleof sample stones that are from my retaining wall. This gives me an idea of whatmy walkway and retaining wall will look like if I use their Sealer product and have themseal it. I would probably give them a B+ for a Final grade concerning qualityof work and a LETTER GRADE of an “A” with almost everything else. You may ask why nota Final Letter Grade of A for the work?It is rare that I give anyone an A. Ithas to be perfect from the beginning to the end and with some of the loosepieces I thought a B+ was appropriate. Those are my own standards so don’t let my B+ mislead you. I woulddefinitely hire them again especially because down here in FL you have to be carefull of contractors andwhen you find a good one you want to hold on to them for future work. Otherwiseyou are risking hiring a bad contractor and I have had enough of those"

"The job went great and looks great. I needed the work done to satisfy insurance inspectors. Guyson found an opening in their schedule and pulled us in a week early. Despite one terrifically heavy rain day the crew finished timely. Promptly on the job at 7am and no-nonsense progress until quitting time. The guys were very professional and made sure that the roof not only looked great but cleaned up after themselves each evening and at the end of the job. Office staff very communicative before, during and after job completion. Paperwork quickly sent to qualify for Gulf Power energy rebate. I highly recommend Guyson for your roofing needs."

"Very satisifed with all the work that Tim did. Got a great and honest quote that reflected a good balance between cost and intensity of the repair. Tim aas very responsive to come out to give a quote. He ended up not being able to perform the repair for 6 weeks due to scheduling issues, however he was always communicating with me to let me know I was getting pushed back. This was frustrating, but honestly I had experienced the same thing with other stucco contractors (and really any contractor on the beach). Tim was the most direct and honest about it. The guys who did the work were knowledgeable and quick. Final bill was well under the quote and accurately reflected the hours that the guys put in. Well satisfied and would use again. <br />"
