"Steve, the owner, inspected the outer perimeter of the house, and found 2 places where the mice were or had entered the house. He also inspected the areas inside where we had evidence of mice, and made recommendations as to how to prevent their entry. At my request, he set 2 bait traps at the 2 entry sites, and asked if I would like him to recheck them in 2 weeks, which we scheduled I also mentioned a problem with ants in the kitchen and bathroom, so he offered to spray the perimeter of the house for ants as well. I appreciated being asked what services I wanted, rather than being told what I needed."
