"Anthony is Extreemly Responsive! I happend to submit a request in the very early hours of the moring and he responded immeaditly! Additionally when I spoke to Anthony on the phone, I told him that my request for carpet cleaning and Tile Grout cleaning was an Emergency due to the house being shown the next day to prospective buyers. Anthony advised me that he would be able to squeze me in the same day! Anthony worked very hard and late into the evening cleaning the carpet in the whole basement and the ceramic tile and grout in the two upstairs bathrooms. He was very friendly and affable during the whole process and he did and EXCELLENT cleaning job. The carpet in the Basement looked like it did when it was brand new and the bathroom tile floors were sparkling white! I will definitely recomend Anthony and his company Drymaster Solutions to my Realtor and all of my family and friends! Also when I need carpet cleaning or tile cleaning servies again, I will definitely hire him and his company again!"

"One of the best carpet cleaning experiences I have had! Shortly after I put in the request through Angi, Kevin (the business owner) reached out to me to provide me with an estimate based on what I needed to be done. I was moving out from an apartment to a newly purchased house. Because my landlord's carpet was not necessarily in the best shape, I only wanted to do what a tenant was supposed to do -- to get the carpet cleaned so that I could get my security deposit back. Unlike other big companies I have used in the past, Kevin understood what I wanted/needed and did not try to upsell me anything. His price was also reasonable yet on a lower end too. I had received several quotes prior to talking to Kevin. I decided to go with him based on 1) it was him actually doing the work as a business owner, not his employees or contractors; and 2) his price was very reasonable and among the lowest quotes I received, and 3) his flexibility. I had a pretty hectic schedule that I ended up booking the house cleaning and carpet cleaning very last minute. Kevin was very accommodating with my last minute request -- First of all, not many cleaning business offer services on the weekend. Several companies I requested quotes for would only do weekdays. I wanted the carpet cleaning done on a Saturday, Kevin took care of me. Second, I told him I wanted the carpet cleaning done after the movers came to pick up the stuff, and after the maids finished cleaning the apartment. So it would have to be as late as possible. Kevin got me at 4 pm. The maids were over 2 hours late. I called Kevin asking him to postpone even later in the evening. He did exactly just that, no question asked, and patiently waited for the maids to be done. By the maids were done and he finally got to start, it was probably around dinner time for some people.... I am also quite impressed with his knowledge about carpet cleaning. There were some stains on the carpet in the apartment that I did not notice before. He looked at them, immediately knew they came from the stain or paint of my furniture legs, probably coming in contact with water. Sure enough, after I got to my new house and looked carefully at the furniture legs, I could see a little bit of discoloration in the bottom. He also saw some black spots in one of the corners of the living room, and explained to me he suspected water damage with mold on the carpet. Most carpet cleaners would not care about that. Kevin cared enough and basically went above and beyond, so that I could inform my landlord, who did not have a clue about it and was thankful of the information. I would definitely hire Kevin again for my carpet cleaning in my house, or whatever upholstery I need cleaned."
