Charlie went over the plan and pricing before starting work- repairing a broken bathtub drain and piping to locate a main shutoff valve inside the house instead of in the crawlspace. The workmanship is excellent- Charlie & Matt took great pains to insure there were no leaks and did a good job cleaning up. The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
