He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule. "Falkon Construction, Inc. was an excellent choice for my driveway repair. They showed up on time, they promised a 3 day job, which was completed in 3 days. It involved the removal of the existing driveway, preparing the ground, installing the rebar, adding ground up concrete mixture, and pouring the concrete. They taped off the area to prevent people walking by from damaging the area. The breaking up of the existing concrete was done so quickly, in about a half hour, and the concrete blocks were removed immediately. Everything was timed perfectly, with trucks arriving to carry away the concrete blocks, delivery of the small concrete bits, rebar delivered, and the concrete mixing truck arrived right on schedule. The team that leveled the concrete, spent all morning releveling, smoothing, treating it for the proper moisture content, and resmoothing it, created a beautiful finished job. The contractor was there throughout the entire job. Best job ever and at a very reasonable price."

"Jacob, at 4 Season Remodeling & design, did a complete 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeling project. They replaced in 1 of the bathrooms the bathtub with a shower and upgraded the doors, the sinks, countertops, and splash. Jacob managed the entire work, and he did an amazing job. He gave me a timely and clear estimate, applied for city permits and arranged city inspections, advised me on all the purchases of required products (e.g., shower fixtures, cabinets, lights etc..), facilitated my selection of tile, assigned a highly skilled and thoughtful person to do the work (sometimes with the help of a second person), and oversaw the flow of work.
