"Joe responded quickly to my request. He called to let me know he was on his way the day of our appointment. He called again to tell me he would be late due to traffic. He cleaned my oriental rugs with steam only per my request and even cautioned us (my husband is handicapped) about falls due to dampness. I will use his service again. His price was less than I paid in Arizona and very reasonable.."
