"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Gabriel C for any of your plumbing needs."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! "Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. They diagnosed that my kitchen sink was backing up into the floor drain and fixed the problem by rodding the pipe under the floor drain. They were prompt and efficient. I also arranged to prepay for 5 years of servicing."
