Once I had them on the phone, they were very insightful about the various ways that rodents penetrate a home. I assumed my issue was just the kitchen, but several potential access points were spotted and sealed. Additionally, a crazy amount of poison and bait was squeezed into disgusting, difficult to reach crevices. My only complaint was that every entry point wasn't hit: mice began coming in via an unsealed access panel to my fiberglass tub. In fairness, I didn't focus on that area. But these are the pros. Luckily, with what I learned, I was able to blockade that area myself. Occasionally I hear scratching (it is an urban area), but nothing has gotten in since."
