"Cliff came out to give an estimate on some exterior work I needed on my home. His thouroughness in evaluating the scope of work needing to be done convinced me he was who I wanted to do the work. The quote was detailed and reasonable. Gave a start date and time and met that schedule. He and his coworker (Buddy) were not only professional, knowledgeable and friendly they completed the work in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. They were very meticulous and kept work area organized and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any home repairs."

After being involved with him for over 3 years, in my opinion, he is an incompetent, unethical conn-man whose only notion of the truth is whatever is most convenient to him at that moment. In January 2021, I signed a contract with him for $167,000 to remodel my kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom. He said it would be finished in 6 months, That was over 3 years ago and it's still not finished. That didn't stop him from demanding final payment when over $25,000 of the job was still undone. He then filed a fraudulent affidavit with the court, stating the work was finished; the fraudulent affidavit allowed him to file a lien against my house, to blackmail me into paying his exorbitant charges. The case outcome was a payment from him to me, but it didn't start to pay for the unfinished work or the legal expenses caused by his fraud. Find an ethical contractor to do your job."

The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. For us they tore out a wall fireplace, replaced it with a sliding glass patio door, added an 8' by 2' hurricane glass window high above the sliding door, redid a deck in synthetic planks, tiled a screen porch, installed LVP flooring throughout, painted interior walls and trim, redid a bathroom and redid lighting in kitchen, loft , bedroom and living areas with dimmable LED puck lights.
