"New to Angie's list so I decided to rate my favorite contractor. I have used JSS Construction several time for condo remodels and a complete home remodel. My most recent remodel was 2 years ago. Jordan and his crew are true craftsmen and customer service professionals. I've never met a company as sincerely concerned with customer satisfaction throughout the process as JSS. I've used other contractors for services not provided by JSS and feel like a babysitter ready to pay them to leave. 2 years later, 2 hurricanes and zero returns needed to address materials or quality. I recommend JSS to all my family and friends and encourage people to see the quality of work by JSS. Very proud of what they have done for me on every job."

"Hello. If you are looking for a superior quality contractor that delivers on every aspect of your remodel or home project redo, look no further. Todd Thomas Homes goes above and beyond anything I could've imagined. Now if you are on a budget, or are looking for something on the cheap, well you might as well look elsewhere. TTH is not cheap, but if you are willing to pay for QUALITY, peace of mind, hand holding and being there every step of the remodel (if you are not a DYI person like us) then call these guys.  We had a master bath remodel on the 2nd floor of our condo that needed a complete gut/redo. The previous owners cut corners and it was just awful. We wanted to move the toilet, reconfigure the shower, the electric,plumbing,tile, remove a closet - a complete gut. We interviewed 3 contractors, 2 said they could not move the toilet which was a big no-go for us. We almost gave up but found Todd Thomas Homes by chance, and they stood out head and shoulders above the other 2 - now they were almost double the price, but you get what you pay for as they say.  I know now that the other guys low-balled us b/c there's NO WAY they could do what they proposed for so cheap. Immediately, from the 1st meeting with Matthew at TTH we were sold. They had every detail layed out from start to finish. Their team (4 guys) showed up (on time, always on time btw) to make sure we were ALL on the same page before we started. Extremely professional and thorough. We were given a timeline and what to do/get for every step of the way. The 1st day of the demo they protected our floor/furniture/etc with high quality materials to not damage the property. Each step, from demo to reconstruction, was handled by a top notch, a professional vendor/artisan/plumber/electrician/painter/etc. All this was led by our amazing project manager Doug, who had our backs every step of the way. He was extremely patient, professional, hard working, and just a great guy. We felt comfortable with him/them in our home, at any time, even when we were out of town.  The end result is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful the process was (I mean for a remodel). Doug made sure we were completely happy before any sign-off. The final step was a visit from the owner, Todd Thomas, for a final view and to make sure we were 100% happy. We have more remodels in mind, and will ONLY use TTH. So if you are considering, or shopping around for a redo, you MUST give these guys a call....they will not disappoint. "PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home."
