"Admiralty Chimney (AC) repaired our chimney last year. They put a metal liner in our brick chimney. Last winter was the best burn we ever had. We have lived in the house since the mid 1990s. AC cleaned the chimney today. We had minimal creosote. We use a Defiant Encore as the woodstove. Great job! "

"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

"No done. I have been trying for three days to schedule my normal technician. I have been on hold for an excess of 2 hours. I called a number provided by me to the executives of the company and was told yesterday and today that I would be called which I have not. This company has high-quality technicians that are treated like dogs. My recommendation is to not hire them and find a new vendor for next year as I will."

"It went very well. The clinician Alex was prompt, personable, efficient and knowledgable about the task. He explained everything that was being serviced as well as what to expect until the follow up visit. The follow up visit was quick and again a full explanation of services. He also continued part of the treatment for an additional day to assist in the success of the services. I worked with this company before and they were excellent. I would definitely hire them again"
