"Jeff was very polite and professional in his phone contacts. We set an appointment time and I left a previous appointment to meet him at the house. As I arrived, he called to say he was behind on another project. He said he'd call the next day to reschedule. His call came the following week. We rescheduled. He called on the rescheduled date to say he had free time earlier than our scheduled appointment. I was unavailable, so Jeff went to the house to check the leak without me. He gave me an honest evaluation regarding the leak, saying it was small enough (very slow drip, no accumulation reflected in water billing) that it didn't need repair."
