"I have used Maddox plumbing for 10 years. They have always been very reliable and courteous. However, when things do not go perfectly that is when you can tell the true quality of service. I recently had an evaporative cooler installed. The technician did not install a new roof jack and stand for the new cooler. When I notified Maddox, they responded the next day and said that they would take care of this. They had a new stand and jack built and delivered it to be installed at no additional charge. I highly recommend them."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed. He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle. Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect. We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"Two workmen came to the house to replace the filter. They did not have proper tools. They did get it loose with difficullty. A special wrench is needed to remove and replace the filter. The workmen were unable to provide the wrench. I was able to get the wrench on line at a later date. I tried to change the filter later only to find out that even with the proper wrench I could not remove the filter cover to change the filter. Even with enough force to bend the brackets and pull the screws out of the wall I could not get the filter cover loose. <br /> I intend to have another plumber remove the whole house filter from our plumbing system. <br />"
